Brooke McCleary
Owner / Remedial Massage Therapist

Brooke became a certified remedial massage therapist in 2009. Passionate about anatomy and the mechanics of the human body each of Brooke’s massages are tailored to meet your personal, individual needs. With firm pressure yet a gentle touch Brooke uses remedial techniques to release muscular tension and provide relief from acute and chronic injuries.
Brooke’s unique style of massage can help with general tension, headaches, sciatic pain, insomnia and back pain. Myofacial cupping and Dry needling can be included to release tight muscles, promote blood flow, improve circulation or Brooke can also blend practitioner grade Aromatherapy oils specific to each client to support the body on an emotional and physical level.
Having founded and operated a number of successful businesses Brooke opened Byron Massage Clinic in 2016. She is currently furthering her passion for integrated healthcare by studying a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine.

Osteopath & Massage Therapist

Daniela started her career in the health industry in 2014 as a physiotherapist in Colombia. Her passion for anatomy, movement and a strong desire to help people with injuries or pain, brought her to study Osteopathy.
Daniela’s interest in sports injuries, performance optimisation and women’s health makes her ideal for patients who present with chronic or acute pain. She has experience helping those with muscle and joint pain resulting from sports injuries and everyday life.
Daniela not only treats the whole body, she also focuses on supporting the patient’s mind and spirit by using a wide range of techniques tailored for each individual’s needs. Treatment usually consists of soft tissue, stretching, joint manipulation, mobilisation and exercise prescription. Daniela will tailor treatment to your individual need in an effort to give you the most positive outcome.
Crhistian Munoz
Remedial Massage Therapist

Crhistian is a fully qualified and registered Remedial Massage Therapist (Dip.Rem.Mass) and a Pilates Teacher.
He has delivered Sports Massage treatments to athletes including Iron Man, The Sydney City to Surf and worked in the health team for Bangarra Dance Theatre. He has also worked alongside Brendan McGovern, one of Sydney’s best Physiotherapists.
Crhistian has over 5 years experience in community health promotion working for different non-profit organisations in Australia and abroad. He holds a BA of Communications from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia. From communication through to massage, you are in for a treat. Crhistian is straight to the point with requested pressure specialising in sports massage and craniosacral treatments. He believes in taking a holistic individualised approach to your specific needs.

Mark Hansen
Remedial Massage Therapist

Mark grew up in Italy and was a professional BMX freestyle rider. After 10 years in the sport he found his passion for injury rehabilitation, and threw himself into studying a certificate IV in personal training and a diploma of remedial massage.
Having also studied nutrition, Mark takes an integrated approach to diagnosing and treating the body.
Mark is passionate about human biodynamics and the way the body functions through movement. Mark surfs in his time off and is a passionate photographer.

Tom Wurcker
Remedial & Bowen Therapist

Tom is an experienced Body Worker specialising in Remedial Massage (Dip) and Bowen Therapy (Dip). Tom has 11 years experience working in both Massage and Chiropractic Clinics in Sydney and Canberra, and has now settled in the Northern Rivers.
His massage style is intuitive, flowing and uses a holistic approach to treat the whole body. Using a range of massage techniques including sports massage, trigger points, Myo-fascial release, Bowen therapy, Relaxation & pregnancy. Tom is passionate about massage as it allows his clients to gain a deeper understanding of their body, helps them de-stress, relieve muscular tension and live with more vitality.
When Tom isn’t offering bodywork treatments he is also practicing as a certified Qi Gong Instructor (ancient Chinese practice of energy cultivation) and teaching weekly classes in the Northern Rivers. Tom has a deep passion for natural health and loves sharing about the body’s ability to heal through bodywork, movement, nutrition and intention.

Pete became a practitioner through his own journey of high-impact physical work and sport. By making holistic changes throughout his life, including yoga, meditation and anatomy studies, Pete found his way to bodywork.
Peter is a passionate therapist with a warm and gentle nature. He has an innate ability to assist people to ‘drop in’ whilst creating space for deep relaxation and therapeutic treatment. Peter is trained in Remedial massage therapy, specialising in sports and deep tissue care. He uses multi-faceted techniques to align and restore homeostasis and wellbeing.

Anna Sutherland
Massage Therapist

Anna has 16 years of experience as a massage therapist. Her career has been varied and versatile; working with rugby teams, alongside chiropractors and in day spas. The knowledge she has acquired from this experience has allowed her to develop her understanding and learn techniques that can be used to cater to all clients and address their individual needs.
Anna specialises in sports massage, deep tissue and relaxation massage. Additional therapies such as cupping and aromatherapy can also be added to your treatment.
With a warm and friendly nature, Anna really takes the time to understand client expectations and goes out of her way to deliver an exceptional experience.

Caroline is a highly experienced and respected Intuitive Remedial Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience in helping people feel good in their bodies again. Adopting a kind and caring approach, she looks at each client from a holistic perspective and treats them accordingly.

Emily Edgecombe
Massage Therapist / Acupuncturist

Emily has had an interest in health from her teenage years which led her to yoga teaching in 2014. Learning about the mind and body and its capacity to heal is what eventually led her to studying massage in 2016. Her background in yoga brings a strong element of relaxation to her massage treatments.
Having lived in Japan for a year and feeling a strong sense of connection to culture, Emily completed a Diploma of Shiatsu massage (acupressure) and Oriental therapies. Her massage style is an oil massage combination with acupressure points to relieve targeted areas as well as a holistic approach. Treatments are tailored and acupressure can be firm with deep pressure if needed.
Emily is also trained in Cupping and Moxibustion and is available to integrate this into her massage for a blend style treatment.
Her interest in acupressure and the Chinese meridian system led her to study Acupuncture in 2018, completing her studies in Acupuncture in 2021. Emily focuses on a blend of musculoskeletal complaints, emotional wellbeing and women’s health.
Andres Toro
Massage Therapist

After completing his studies in Physiotherapy in Columbia in 2012, Andres spent the next 5 years focussed on working with professional sporting organisations.
His foundation as a football player has always inspired him to understand both optimal performance and injury/pain management. Having managed sporting injuries himself Andres has a unique perspective and powerful insight into how to compose and deliver client treatment plans.
Andres takes an integrated approach to identifying the problem and draws on a wealth of knowledge and experience to deliver fantastic treatment outcomes for all his clients.
Having worked for the past four years in Brisbane, delivering both massage and personal training services, Andres recently moved to Byron.

Matteo Caprini
Massage Therapist

After completing his physiotherapy qualification in Spain, Matteo gained invaluable experience working in a post-surgery rehabilitation facility specialising in knee, shoulder and hip recovery.
A keen surfer, skater and snowboarder, he is passionate about treating sports injury and in working with clients on maintenance focussed massage.
Having worked in Spain, his native Italy, Hawaii and now joining the team in Byron – Matteo develops treatment plans from a diverse range of modalities. With a particular focus on sciatic pain, shoulder/neck impingement and joint mobility.
